Your nervous system is the first part of you that physically develops. It stores, holds, processed and translates all that you are and all that you come in contact with. It is your feedback system, with which you interact with the world around you and the world around you interacts with you. We live through our nervous systems - we each feel, see, touch, taste, move, relate, process, kiss, have intimacy, express and create through our individual nervous system.

Our nervous system is the bridge between our inner and outer worlds.
Often we leave a lot of things we don't know what to do with right now, on this bridge - and it gradually becomes cluttered, full, overwhelmed, no longer able to easily perform its vital task.
