2. Exceptions to the Policy
We understand that technical issues can occur. Exceptions to this policy may be made only in the following scenarios:

• Duplicate Purchase: If you accidentally purchased the same item twice.

• Non-functional File: If the downloaded file is corrupted or technically unusable, and we are unable to resolve the issue within 10 working days of you reporting it to us.
