Nervous System Energetics Session

Embodiment of understanding and wisdom in your nervous system is different to knowing it in your mind.

Your mind and body work together in harmony, or they are meant to! In our modern world we often use our minds to overcome or suppress our nervous systems, but we hold what we have experienced in our bodies. In Nervous System Energetics we access what we have put away  inside us and continue to store within us, often without conscious knowledge of it, via our nervous systems. 

Finding connection within us can help to release stored trauma and limiting factors, freeing us up to already be what we wish to become.

The liberation of what has been suppressed within us frees energy, reduces tension and reframes our entire system with which we interact with our world. Removing the friction within, that suppressed issues create, can have a huge impact on our physical, emotional and mental well-being.

After a short series of these sessions (available as a package with the final session free) you will be able to dynamically process your own issues somatically as they come up - becoming your own therapist.
